Gateway to invest in commercial property in Nairobi to promote its image in the continent of Africa.
The commercial property which is set to commence soon will bring about a huge development in the country’s housing sector. The construction which is to take place along Mombasa Road will cost US$ 3m once it is completed.
Gateway Delta Development Holdings which is a Mauritius-based real estate investor has already acquire five acre piece of land for the development from South Africa Grit which was formerly Mara Delta Property Holdings.
The company confirmed the report that they will also lease the new development to Imperial which will make Gateway raised the development of all their project to US$ 175m for its Kenya investment and other African countries.
Gateway is to develop and invest in several real estate classes across the African continent (excluding South Africa) so as to promote its image in the African Continent.
